If you have an iPad or another smartphone available, please try using the hotspot of another smartphone instead of using Wi-Fi. If you can find the hotspot of the device named "Treatlife XXX" or "Smartlife XXX," but it still fails in the last connection. The hotspot of the device will only appear when the light bulb is slowly flashing red. If you cannot find the hotspot of the device named "Treatlife XXX" or "Smartlife XXX," please check if the light bulb is slowly flashing red. Go back to the app, continue adding the device, and wait for the connection to complete. Open your phone's Wi-Fi settings and connect to the network named "Treatlife XXX" or "Smartlife XXX." Tap on "Confirm slow blinking indicator." Then turn on the light switch again until the light bulb flashes slowly. Press the light switch "ON-OFF-ON-OFF-ON" until the light bulb flashes rapidly. Tap on "AP mode" in the top right corner. Tap on the device icon on the right side and enter the account and password for your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Open the Treatlife app and tap the "+" icon in the top right corner. (2) Try using AP mode to connect the smart light bulbs to the network and follow the troubleshooting suggestions.
